Mail Pick-up Notice

The term “mail” as used herein shall mean a registered mail, parcel, or regular mail.

1. Registered mail: For boarding students, please pick up your mail at the dormitory; for non-boarding students, please bring with you the “Registered Mail Pick-up Notice” and proceed to the post office with which your mail is deposited to pick up your mail asap.

2. Parcels: Please bring with you the “Registered Mail Pick-up Notice” and proceed to the post office with which your parcel is deposited to pick up your parcel asap.

3. Regular mail: All regular mails are placed in the class file cabinet in the Office of Student Affairs.

※ Note: Do not use the (School Address) as the permanent contact address.
